1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I personally reside in my Vicarage=House.

2. Other benefices: Only one Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: No where.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice on the Lord's Day.

5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year about sixty Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: Sunday = mornings.

7. Church fabric: My Church & Chancel is in good Repair, & churchyard well kept & all things decent for Divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: I have a very Small Glebe – only one little field besides my House & Gardens.

9. Number of families: Near two hundred.

10. Chapels: No Chapel.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papists nor Meeting=House.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No School, only a work House. No Library.

13. Charity: A Charity left by the late Mrs Bond about twenty pounds a year for the Benefit of the poor of this Parish after ye Deaths of her Relations.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained Priest on the 8^th Day of June 1718 & Instituted into the vicarage of Berry: pomeroy on the 12^th of October 1723
